Can Severe Pain In Foot Be Due To Having The Cervix Removed Because Of Cervical Cancer?

My Mother now 69 was diagnosed with cervical cancer and have been operated and removed the cervic...now after 1year & 10months, she is suffering with chronic & severe pain in here right foot & leg....is this connected with here recent operations? Thanks
