Can Severe Stress-induced Speech Difficulties Be Treated Or Reversed If My Writing Is Unaffected?

I've been exposed to alot of stress lately, so much in fact, that it caused severe headaches.
Now 6 months later, the source of stress is gone, but something happened to me. My ability to speak deteriorated and now I am having problems pronouncing words and creating sentences, all of which was fine before. Is there a way to restore my vocal abilities? (Writing seems fine)
