Can Sharp Ear Pain Be Considered A Sign Of Stroke? Can Tylenol Be An Apt Solution?

I woke up with a sharp pain in my left ear. My jaw & neck hurt too. Tylenol seemed to help with the pain a bit but my left hand feels a little numb like it is asleep ( but not my other hand) could this be a sign of a mini stroke? Should I be concerned?
