Irregular periods can be caused by a number of health problems, both medical and hormonal. Recent changes in weight (especially weight gain) can cause irregualr periods. I would recommend a thorough evaluation by a doctor, including blood tests for your thyroid hormone levels as well as prolactin (a hormone made by your pituitary gland in your brain), as well as tests for pregnancy and overall hormone levels to see if you ovulate. Symptoms of breast pain and bloating can be cause by irregular hormones as well as pregnancy, but if you are sexually active and not using contraception it is possible that you are pregnant. You really should see a gynecologist to rule out pregnancy and find out why your periods are so irregular. I hope this is helpful and good luck
