Can Single Unprotected Intercourse Cause Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, Iam Anusha and 22yr old.I am suffering from pcod.And recently my doctor prescribed some tablets , afer stopping them i got my period taht lasted for five daysand then she gave me combination contraceptive pills (cyproterone acetate 2mg and ethnyl estradiol 35micrograms) and asked to start using from the fifth day of cycle and i did so, But on the 9th day i had unprotected single intercourse with my fiance.Now I am worried that i may get pregnant.So, could please advice me on waht are the chances that i could get pregnant.

Since you were taking oral contraceptive pills without fail so there is no chance of pregnancy even if you had unprotected intercourse. Don't worry.
