Can Sinus Infection Lead To Lesion In Arms And Legs?

hello there i need some advice my boyfriend and i have deep open very painful lesion.sores on our arms and legs going on 8-9 months. we were tested for staff both negative . we don t have health insurance and is already been struggling paying our bills so haven t gone to a dermtogolist . both of our doctors seem not to care they prety much laugh in our faces and won t help us . no body around us has ever gotten. please help[any advice greatly apprciated do have picutres can send to you my story maybe someone can hep or give me some advice .okay about 7 months ago around memorial day weekend my boyfriend and i were really sick i had bad sinus infection he had upper respitory infection . couple days later he started to break out wih what looked like pimplesthat were really painful and didn t popat first till b they filled upwith pus blood fluid on his head and face a couple days later i got them on my face and fingers so i went to my dr and he went to his . neither of them had any idea his dr said follticutist we were both tested for staph infection both were negative . was told to go see a dermatogolist neither of us have insurance and we can t afford to go so we decide to do it naturally i did some research so 2-3 months go by the sores were looking better almost all gone and about a month ago it s now 11-22-11 we both were sick colds nothing big and it was just enough to lower our immune system to where whatever we have came back worse than before so to this day ive trying to get some assisitance from my state medical assistance and they denied me still have the sores very painful if anybody has any advice to what we have i would apprciated i posted some pictures i will add more please help thanks

The arm lesion is not related to sinus problems and may be due to something else. If the lesion persist it will be better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
