Can Sinus Problem Give Rise To Brain Abscess ?

I have sinus problem from 15 years, recently i had severe headache and fever and latter MRI showed that there is abscess in the brain. they said it is because of sinus problem there was abscess in brain. can sinus problem give rise to brain abscess ?

Is it?? I am hearing this for the first time? How can sinus problem lead to abcess in brain? is there any connection between the sinuses and our brain???Even i suffer from recurrent sinusitis. Do i also have a risk of getting this??? Someone please help....

can sinus lead to brain abcess, wat are you talking about. i have sinusitis for 6 yrs, i had no brain absess. please dont create terror. thanks
