Can Sinus Problems Causes Heavy Head, Heart Racing And Headaches?

I have woken up the past two weeks with a heavy head.. enough that i have to force myself to get out of bed. I'm congested only when I'm sleeping; as soon as i'm up its gone. I get headaches in the middle of the night, and wake up with my heart racing very quickly for a few seconds, although not sure if its related. I'm thinking it is a sinus problem, but could it be something else?

2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times
