Can Sinusitis Induced Headaches Be Cured Through Surgery?

my wife she is 22 year old ,she is suffering from sinusitis with head ace
we are here in calicut kerala,we consult lot of ENT specialists but there is no change yet but now condition is getting serious, so i need a solution to escape from this,is there is any surgery and how much is it cost?

Possible causes of sinusitis are infections, allergic/non-allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps or deviated nasal septum. Surgery that can be done is Functional Endoscopic sinus surgery or a Caldwell luc operation. If there are any previous endoscopies done, provide them for assessment to know whether surgery is necessary. In the mean while try these:
- Gargle with salt water daily 4-5 times.
- Use hot water vaporizer by day and humidifier at night.
- Stay away from cold food and drinks.
