Can Skin Axema Causes Blood Test Positive?

hi, my 16 year old son visa to saudi arabia was denied for blood test reason which idicated positive?? what could it be. he is very quite and shy and has sensitive skin axema since birth. is it some thing to worry about. i can not wait till redoing another blood test next week. thanks
