Dear Garcia,

It seems your nervous system got exhausted from your night work.
My great advice to you will be; first try to make regular your daily regimen, especially your sleep. Spent much time in fresh air. Follow healthy lifestyle, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, do not eat fast food, eat fresh vegetables and fresh fruits during day and you can drink milk before going to sleep.
Also be patient your organism needs some time to recover.

Wish you good health
