Can Slight Bleeding After Taking Ipill Be Related To Pregnancy?

hello, i'm a 27 year old woman, and i had unprotected intercourse on the 27th of december. I took an ipill 4hours after that. i had slight bleeding that very night and today, seven days later, i'm having slight bleeding again. My normal period should start about 8th of this month. Are there chances of me being pregnant? what should i do in case my periods are delayed?

Hi,thanks for writing..
Common sideceffect with i pill is menstrual irregularity and intermenstrual spotting.. Intermenstrual spotting can be due to that.. Delayed periods can also be its side effect.. So incase periods get delayed, get a urine pregnancy test and if negative you can take progesterone tab to get withdrawal bleeding.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
