Can Slight Spinal Bulge At L5, S1 Cause Chronic Pain?

My 20 year old son has a slightly distended, bulging L5, S1. He has a dull ache much of the time. No sciatica. He does lots of stretching, and core exercises yet constantly hurts. We ve wondered about spondylitis but don t think he has that.Is it normal for a slightly bulging L5 to hurt constantly? Thanks

Hello dear regarding your son's bulging of the back bone L5 S1 I am strongly believe your child has a disc prolapse or a congenital spinal disorder causing discomfort and local pressure pain around the region please visit an orthopaedic physician for a possible surgical correction
