Can Smoking Cause Soreness In Throat?

I am a cigarette smoker, my throat has recently been pretty sore from tjme to time. So I decided to take a picture with flash to take a look. I notice my throat ishalf wwhite ish pale colour with then rein beings and there s some orangeish coloured lumps forming?

Smoking can cause multiple harmful effects on body. ya it can cause sore throat, please dont take the white patch on throat lightly please consult a doctor. Quit smoking as soon as possible.
