Can Smoking Cause Sudden Pain In Abdomen?

I m a female non smoker not pregnant i was setting ready to go to bed and then all of a sudden I started feeling a horrible electric shocking pain in my stomach I can feel my intestines turning .. the shocks last about 5 seconds each and they have been coming and going for the past 40 min. with about 2 min in between every shock and I m very worried ! Help! What is this ?

You said you have a terrible pain...Get an ultrasound abdomen done & consult a gastroenterologist....because severe pain can be due to appendicitis,cholecystitis
renal calculi
