Can Smoking Cessation Lead To Excessive Palm Sweating?

I am wondering if there is a correlation between smoking cessation and excessive palm sweating?
I am 21 and was smoking cannabis daily for a couple years. Now I stop for a few days at a time and notice my palms are unusually sweaty. Normally, I only sweat during a strenuous physical activity.
