Can Smoking Lead To Side Effects Like Cold, Breathing Problem And Rashes On Face?

I stopped smoking 3.5 weeks ago and have been suffering with side effects. I seem to have a cold all the time, butmore worryingly a rash on face and every couple of days a real problem breathing! I smoked approx 12 cigarettes a day for 23 years.Could anyone help?

Yes definately and it occurs due to presence of precancours sbstance like nicotine and tar in tobbaco so better to reduce smoking can help to avoid such problems
