Can Smoking Marijuana Cause Thinning Of Eyebrows?

Hi, I smoke marijuana daily but yesterday after I smoked, I felt lightheaded and very dizzy and blacked out for a minute or 2. I also faced some breathing difficulties. I have been doing some research online. In case this is relevant, in the last 6 months I have realized that the outer third of my eyebrow has disappeared. Please help.

Narcotic drug can cause anything in body it is like wide gate open for this thinning of eye brows is not matter of concern but this ruins the whole life, not at all good for life, take care.
