Cannot say in your particular case without examing you. AND, hyperventilation will generally cause numbness due to lowered co2 levels. Remedied by breathing under the blankets. Also, it is common to have anxiety attacks precipitated by marijuana (they are temporary but can go on for even a couple months periodically. .. generally hours to a day or so). The only (somewhat) serious condition that can occurs commonly with marijuana is lung irritation/asthma. This can cause hyperventilation. The main reason to get checked is with assurance nothing is seriously wrong, one can easily work through anxiety attacks.
