Can Smoking Marijuana Once Cause Heart Discomfort?

Im 15 years old. I smoked marijuana once, only once in my lifetime, and took about 4 puffs. This was about 3 weeks ago. Now my "heart area" bothers me a bit time from time. Is that normal? Also, there is a possiblity of me having a doctor appointment to recieve an x-ray and my mom is not aware i have smoked. Will it show up on the x-ray results of my lungs? I really need a response ASAP, thank you

Hello
Welcome here.
Marijuana can cause increased heart beats. But as you smoked it 3weeks ago, most probably your problem is not due to marijuana.
I must also tell you that marijuana can not be detected in chest xray. It might even not be detected in your blood sample now. So you can relax.
But i would still suggest you to not hide things from your doctor atleast.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
