Can Snow Shoveling Cause Vaginal Bleeding?

I am 62, had a total hysterectomy at 40 and just started to have vaginal small amounts of bleeding only on urination. Some very small clots. I recently did some heavy shoveling of snow. Is this something I need to be concerned about? I have a history of 2-adhesion surgery s and an umbilical hernia.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have read your question and what I can understand is that you should be a bit worried for this .there seems no relation between the bleeding and the snow. There can be so many causes for vaginally bleeding but should be taken seriously. I would advise to see your doctor in this regards.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
