Can Someone Still Be Pregnant After Tubal Ligation ?
I had c-section and tubal ligation 3 months ago. I had a normal period in march. Now missed period. I have fatigue frequent urination and occasional nausea. Some very light spotting. Took home pregnancy test that came back with very faint positive. Could I really be pregnant???

There is 0.3% failure with tubal ligation.May be that is the cause f pregnancy. For confirmation get a hcg blood test. Value >25 indicates positive pregnancy. There is increased chance of ectopic after tubal ligation. So consult your doctor at the earliest. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day
