Can Someone Who Had A Stroke Affecting 25-30% Of The Brain Recover Enough To Come Home?

Hi, my husband had a stroke three weeks ago which affected 25 to 30 % of the left side of his brain. He cannot swallow, chew or move the right side of his body though has recently moved his right foot slightly. He is being fed by peg tube. He s very agitated and angry. Is he capable of recovering enough to come home? He was extremely healthy before the stroke.
