Can Sperms In The Eye Cause Pain Or Redness?

Hey Doctor , im a lebanese gay guy , my BF came so hard and pushy over my stomach , some of his sperm got over my left eye i kept it close and washed it , but i think some of them went into my eye , there is no sperm now but it is red a little and i can feel a little of pain around , i think its psychological pain , i need and answer now

Well its not known to cause any damage to eye... Still for your problems you can use lubricating eye drops... It will be alright too soon...
