Can Sperms Outside The Body Cause Diseases Or STD?
this may be a dumb question but I suffer from OCD germaphobia, and everytime I mastburate If I dont clean up the area well or wash it off right away I fear I will get an STD or something. The germophobia makes it hard to mastburate. So does sperm have effects outside the body that can cause disease?
