Can Spotting Red Bloods Be Symptom Of Pregnancy?

Hello im 33 trying to get pregnant. We ve been trying with my man for more than 6-7 Months and nothing. This month something special occure. I usualy have very regular periods 27-28 days. I had my last period on may 13 and it lasts as usualy 3-4 days. But today 31st of may it seems im having my period again, with a thick dark red blood, not just a spots, it flows but not abnormaly and i have only very mild low abdomen cramps, not the usual strong ones i have during my periods usually. Im very worried as i know i could be preganat, havent made a test so far, but we have sex almost every day so its very possible. So whats going on, is this just some crazy period coming from nowhere or i must be worried and go to see a doctor?

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
First of all get urine pregnancy test done on morning's first urine sample.
If it is negative then you can assume that it was a delayed period.
If it is positive and now you have bleeding , I will suggest you get urgent USG done to know viability of pregnancy.
Till then take rest do not panic. For pain and cramps I will suggest you Tab. Meftal Spas as required, maximum three times a day.
