Can Spotting, Tiredness And Dizziness Be Sure Signs Of Pregnancy?

After just over two months of possibly being pregnant is it necessary to wait until the first expected day of your period to take a home pregnancy test and gain accurate results? I have taken one but it was negative. I should explain that I also started birth control just under two months ago and understand that symptoms (tender breasts, inconsistent flow - sometimes spotting, sometimes bleeding - constantly for a month and a half, tiredness, moodiness, dizziness, etc.) could be a result of this.

no these are not sure sign of pregnancy..
urinary pregnancy test kit if negative wait for 2 wk and go for ultrasound.
ultrasound clearly shows that you are pregnant or not.
