Can Spotting Without Periods Be Pregnancy?

I am 31years old a mother of 4 and on June 20, 2013 I had my tubes tied. My period is always regular this month it has been just spotting brownish sometimes pink sometimes red but only when I wipe this has been going on for 5 days. I also have been nausted and tired could I be pregnant??

Due to a history of your tubes being tied, there could be a possibility of some hormonal fluctuations in your case. I would first recommend a check on your hormone levels, but it would be wise to rule out pregnancy while at the doctors as well.
