I am 39 weeks pregnant was 1 cent dilated 85 effaced and have been having major lower abdomen cramping lots of pressure down below and a stabbing pain on my left abdomen. Also i get a pain in my lower abdomen when i pee. Can this be caused by the baby laying funny or signs of labor?

Welcome
At 39 weeks of pregnancy, such kind of pain is most probably due to labour...

Whether you are in labour or not that can be told only after examination.

Better you consult your doctor foe examination

Thanks
