Can Starting Alkasol Before Testing Cause A Urine Culture To Show No Infection Despite Symptoms Returning After Stopping It?

Hi, I am 47year old female. Had pain in passing urine so started taking alkasol. After consuming more than 100ml Alkasol got my test done. While routine showed pus cells 30-40 and high PH of 8.5 along with 1-2RBC the culture showed no pathogens found. Pain relieved after taking more alkasol. After a few days stopped Alkasol, then fever and little discomfort back. Is it possible that culture was clear because Alkasol had been started a few days before the test.
