Can Stem Cell Therapy Cure HIV?

iam hiv positive and been on medication for almost three years now,i feel very weak and nausea every day when i take the medication,there is no improvement in my hearth since i started taken medication,about four months back while searching for better treatment option on the net i came across stem cell therapy,what i want to know is if stem cell therapy can cure hiv?if yes,where do you get the treatment?
