Can Stem Cells Treat A Collapsed Arch With The Foot Fracture?

I sustained a fracture in my rt foot involving my cuniform n navicular bones about 10 yrs go.Idiopathic peripheral neuritis prevented orthopedic /surgical intervention .Iwas prescribed prosthetic shoes for the collapsed arch. occasional pain but walk wit a limp. Can stem cells bring me relief ?
