Can Steroid Injection Cause Skin Reaction All Over?

Hi, I had a steroid injection for shoulder pain approx 2 weeks ago. I have a skin reaction, which started with just my breasts after the injection & has now spread now to my whole torso. Could this be related to the steroid injection? On other option suggested is washing powder, although i have not changed the washing powder I use. Thanks, Zoe.
