Can Steroids Cause The Hymen To Grow Back?

I just came from a GYN visit and was told that my hymen is intact. OK I m thinking I need a second opinion. I was married for 18yrs and have been celibate for 8yrs. Dr. believes it may be the the steroids I take and immunosupressents for my kidney transplant. I also have PCOS. Any opinions?
