Can Stomach Cramps And Flatulence Be The Side Effects Of Std?

I had unprotected intercourse 5 days ago . I have been having stomach crampinf and flatulence from day one and on day 5 sore throat no chance of pregnancy bcz hysterectomy . I am worried of std ? altought stomach problems since second day no discharge no burning just stomach knowthroat hurts ?

Thank you for query.it may due to gastritis or reflux disease due to anxiety. it is not due to any STDs.It is due to junk foods spicy and carbonated drinks.Please avoid all these.Have short frequent meals.try with antacid chewables or syrups.also take H2 blockers like ranitidine.If does not subside consult doctor to rule out other causes.You can get back to me for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist
