Can Stomach Muscles Injury Causing Bulging And Splitting Be Repaired Without Surgery?

hello, i am a 32 year old mother of two children. During my second pregnancy my stomach muscles ( just above my navel) have got damaged and split apart creating a bulge in the stomach. I do my exercise regularly , and i would like to know if my muscles will get repaired without a surgery. Thank you so much
