Can Stomach Pain Lead To Pain While Urinating?

The other day I experienced severe lower abdominal pain after peeing and passing a BM it started hurting immediately and the pain grew more and more severe as the hours went on there was a constant pain in my stomach that felt sharp and lasted as long as an aching pain while there were sharp shooting pains to my anus and vagina .... It was crippling and I even fainted once .this has happened before and I didn't get my period for 3to4 months after that . And sometimes it hurts when I pee on a normal basis . What could this be.
