Can Stopping Pregnacare Medication Cause Bloating?

Hi I am a lady of 28 with a 2 year old child. in april i was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia and put on alloha for a month. I went back to the doctor after the month and my hb was at 12.5, he then asked me to go on pregnacare (conception,pregnancy & breastfeeding) for a month as i did not take these during my pregnancy. while i was taking alloha my period was thick and took only 3 days, i did not have my period during the time I took pregnacare. I have not had sex during all this time. Since completing the pregnacare I have been uncomfortably bloated all the time and its getting me worried. Would could be happening?
