Can Streptococcal Infection Cause Pain In Bones And Joints?

hi doc...i had a streptococcal infection and still am on medication i havent finished the antibiotics but i am now having slight pains on my bones and on my joints especially when i am sitting on cold surfaces is it something related to the infection?
