Can Stress Cause Bumps On The Arms?

Hi, I am under a lot of stress, I am a 74 year old female, I have some sort of allergic reaction to something, I have not taken any medicines that I don t usually take and eaten no foods that are unusual . Can stress cause this reaction? I have slight bumps on my arms and it feels like a previous reaction. That you, Sally

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you may have allergic reaction or acneiform eruptions on your arm.
this may occur due to some topical applications like cream or due to waxing etc.
my treatment advise would be:
1. apply persol lotion(benzoyl peroxide)(10%) once a day to be applied half an hour before bath for 10 days.
2. avoid any other cream or topical, which you may be applying.
3.you can take tab levocetrizine once a day if itching is present.
follow up after 10 days if you have further query.
