Can Stress Cause Drainage From Penis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been have "drainage" from my penis during the day and sometimes at night. It is small amounts and I am sure it is semen. I feel almost as if I am backed up, like I have a buildup of semen that needs to be let out. I am married but we have not been intimate for a while because of marriage issues. I have been aroused but not had an ejaculation. There is no pain or discomfort. I am under a lot of stress at the moment due to my marriage and having to make decisions about whether to end the marriage or not and just figuring out what to do. Can this stress cause this kind of thing?
