Can Stress Cause Feeling Of Bubbles In Head With Tight Neck Muscles?

hey doc, well every now and then i feel ,in the right side of my head right on top of my ear, like little bubbles going up. this doesnt happen every day but in the past month i had it like 4 times. im very stressed lately and not sleeping a lot, and my neck muscles are very tight. what can they be?
