Can Stress Cause Headache And Dizziness?

Hi, I use to have headache at the back of my head. Now since few days iam having headache very badly and also feeling guidiness very badly. I had seen a doctor, he said that it might be due to stress. But I don t think that it s due to stress. Can you help with a solution.

Hi,

Headache has many reasons. As listed by your Doc it may be stress related headache.

Apart from this any infection in sinuses also known as sinusitis can also cause headache, feeling heaviness in head and may be giddiness.

If you frequently suffer with cold and if you have sneezing in the morning then there could be a chance that the headache can be because of the collection of fluid in the sinuses.

Please follow the below instructions,

a) Steam inhalation before going to bed.
b) Try to do Yoga especially the breathing exercises.
