Good evening doctor i m 6ft and 1inc tall my weight is 127 kgs and my age is 42 years i do a regular checkup every year this year july i detected of blood sugar 210 ,type 2 diabetics ,the report showed low level of testosteron and deficency of viatamin d ,i m going through lot of stress because of divorce from past 9 months during this period i have gained excess weight of 22 kgs previously i was between 92 and 96 kgs i have developed breast like woman and fat is collected around my waistline i m scared of heart attack,i want to get well soon and out of this condition,i have become a chain smoker past 2 yrs pls advise how to go about and different test to conduct.
