You have allergic bronchitis as well as stress-induced dyspnea as per history. For respiratory check-up the following workup needed. -Auscultation -Complete blood count (CBC) with absolute eosinophil count (AEC) -Chest x-ray -Spirometry if needed If CBC shows eosinophilia then montelukast plus fexofenadine tablet course prescribed for ten to fifteen days. For anxiety, fluoxetine course can prescribe and behavioral counseling useful. Consult pulmonologist for examination and discuss your case.
