Can Subcutaneous Injections Cause Redness And Induration?

Hi, I got my PPD done today and as soon as the medical tech was injecting it I noticed that no bleb formed so more than likely she injected it subcutaneously. I have never had a reaction from this skin test and the last time was 6 months ago and came out negative. I have not been exposed to anyone with TB that I have knowledge. As of right now i looked at my arm and I noticed some redness and i can feel the induration. I m very nervous because I have never reacted to it and it is the first time that it has been injected and was not intradermally. Can the redness and induration be a reaction from being injected subcutaneously?
