Also have frequent urination. As per the history your have provided, this is a long history which needs to be evaluated well under the guidance of a Gynecologist and Urologist if needed. I would advise you the following: Consult a Gynecologist for proper clinical evaluation, internal that is per-vaginal examination and per-speculum examination. Ultrasonography of abdomen and CT scan with Pyelography as needed. Tests of urine, stool and blood. All these will lead to a definite diagnosis and allow for further evaluation, investigations and proper management under the care of Gynecologist. You may need a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole for UTI and PID that is pelvic inflammatory disease. Removal of the fibroids if present.
