Can Surgery Be Delayed In Case Of Varicocele?

im having a painful lt sided varicocele. now that its painful since a week n im havin dragging pain in lt. testis n lt lion n lt side chest.. ultrasound shows lt varicocele with mild rt varicocele. pain is bearable till nw without ant analgesics but is it possible if i delay surgery till mid october since im having serious tasks to perform n cant afford surgery right nw. cheers

Thanks for your query and understanding of the problem related to varicocele which is symptomatic.

Since this is a collection of enlarged and tortuous veins, there is no way they can be reduced by any other means than the varicocelectomy.

This is possible to postpone if the conservative management in the form of scrotal support helps to get a relief of pain .
Otherwise this is not a very major surgery, you can get operated as a day-care surgery , check the dressing after 2 days and go for a job.
