Hi, when I lay down to sleep my nose is blocked and I tend to breathe through my mouth which also causes excess snoring at times. My boyfriend informed me of a surgery you can undergo to widen your nasal passages, is this something I should look into? I was also informed that there could be a restricted blood flow to the area as well...

do confirm the reasons for snoring.
they will let you know the exact procedure you have to undergo.
there are some surgeries done if some gland enlargement is the cause
