Can Surgery Help In Treating Clitoris Enlargement?

I think my clitoris has grown profusely over the years after having blisters after my period and later on masturbation...I'm very embarrassed by it and it causes me to shy away from physical contact and rely on myself to pleasure, which i guess have made the situation worse. Can surgery help to minimize the size?
